Peter Gibbs started smoking cocaine when he was nine. In Nashua, NH Gibbs got arrested for robbing the driver with sawn-off shot gun and was sent to prison. While in prison, Gibbs smacked inmate's forehead with a rock. He was released and robbed a man of $50 and was sent back to prison. He got out on parole and he started dating Cheryl. With the lack of funding needed to pay bills, he sell more drugs for money and robbed the driver after he hitchhiked. Then Gibbs stabbed co-drug dealers then the victim told police who stabbed him, tipping them to his house and arrested Gibbs. He was sent to 10 years in prison. During Christmas Eve 2007 couple months after he was released, Gibbs went to the bar with his friend and their girlfriend and the old man came to the group and announced he got $92,000 in reverse mortgage from a mansion. It turned out it was bad thing he announced it in vicinity of Gibbs. Then Gibbs came to the old man's house and aimed the pistol at him then the old man got out his own gun and started arguing about where's your money. The old man told him it is under the mattress then Gibbs grabbed it and leave. He got thousands of dollars from Gibbs and move to Daytona Beach Florida where he spend all of the money on drugs and spent time in the club. After he ran out of money, he went back to New Hampshire to get more money and guns. He was heading back to his house through the backyard and his wife Cheryl told him that police are in his house looking for him. Then he took off but soon after the car ran out of gas and police identified the car as being stolen. Police would then arrest Gibbs and sent back to jail. While there in the cell, he cut out the handcuffs between ankles, and the cop got him out with handcuffs still attached between wrists. Gibbs pretended he tripped over while going up the stairs then knocked down the officer when he gets up and ran out of building. He tredded through the trees and found the river he can't cross as current is too strong for handcuffed man to swim across, then police caught up to him and was sent back.
